Returns & Refund Policy
In case you want to return goods you can return the same within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods.
We will provide you refund once we have the items back in our warehouse. Delivery charge for returning the goods to be borne by customer. When returning goods, please quote the - order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods(optional).

Incorrect Items
We rigorously check all items before we dispatch them, but if your item is faulty or you have received the incorrect items, we will refund your costs paid for the items and for initial delivery as well as the recorded delivery costs to return the item. Please email us at at ORSEuropeCustomerHelp@dabur.com to report the incorrect items.
Damaged Products
If damage occurs to your product during shipment, email us at ORSEuropeCustomerHelp@dabur.com . Please provide your order number and email address.
Only online purchases from Orsahaircare.co.uk are accepted for returns. Please note if you bought your product from one of our stockists, you will need to return/ exchange the product with them directly
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
